At PEMCO, I improved our design team's efficiency and innovation in the marketing department. As a hands-on manager, I created and directed assets to improve our marketing of P&C insurance in the Pacific Northwest. Our team established a strong visual brand, explored new advertising methods like 360-degree videos and HTML5 ads, implemented new intake and review processes to handle our increased workload and adapt to a hybrid work environment, developed PEMCO's first brand guidelines, and reduced costs by handling performance marketing, social media assets, photography, and videography in-house.
